The Easton Volunteer Fire Company is always looking for men and women interested in serving their community.
In 1921, citizens of Easton came together to form the Easton Volunteer Fire Company. Since then, Eastonites have enjoyed a sense of pride and satisfaction while serving their town and neighbors as members of EVFC #1. As an EVFC volunteer you will work with a team of individuals who feel the need to give of themselves in service to their community.
The EVFC is a strong organization. Through decades of fundraising and careful management the Company was able to build its own firehouse, one of the finest in Fairfield county.
While we have a large and active membership, we are always looking for new members to continue our tradition of service. In order to join, you must be over 18, and a resident of the town of Easton. You must download, print, and fill out the membership application. Bring it, along with a 5$ application fee, to any monthly meeting at the firehouse. Meetings occur on the first Monday of each month.
